MetalDetectors.co is a static educational website. It does not collect personal information beyond what a privacy-friendly analytics service may record in aggregate.

No account creation

The site does not provide user accounts, login, or registration. No passwords are stored.

No on-site payment processing

No payments are taken on the site. Acquisition of the domain and site is completed through an external escrow service.

Optional analytics

If a privacy-friendly analytics service is enabled (for example Plausible Analytics), it records aggregate visit counts and referrers but does not store IP addresses or personal identifiers. A new owner may swap in a different analytics provider, which would change this section.

External links

The site may link to external retailers, manufacturers, and reference material. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which apply when you visit them.

Future updates

The future owner of the site may modify this policy. The latest version will always be at /privacy-policy.
